ACI has six solution areas that target four customer segments. Integrating messaging and creative with all those variables can be challenging—but they knew it was critical that they be able to tell one, cohesive story on a corporate level, while still marketing individual solutions. They came to Metal looking for an umbrella creative campaign that would have the flexibility to work for any segment or solution, while still supporting the message that ACI was the expert in the Payments space, across the board. They asked us to work with the tagline “Any Payment, Every Possibility” which had been developed a year prior. Our campaign “Made Possible by ACI” was executed in print and online, and provided a jumping off point for all creative activities across the organization.
