ISPE Strategy, Web and Social

The Boston Chapter of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineers first came to Metal Creative looking to create a 3-5 year communications and marketing plan designed to attract new members and increase member retention. In order to do this effectively, Metal did a comprehensive review of current marketing practices as well as significant target audience research. Today ISPE is in year 4 of executing the plan and has engaged Metal to assist with implementation of a number of deliverables including website redesigns for the organization (, their annual Product Show ( and their scholarship foundation ( as well as creation and execution of a blog ( and development of an active presence on social media.
