The Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) came to Metal looking to create a video script and leave-behind package that would demonstrate the importance of their work and the impact that they make across the world. Their desire was to quickly make an emotional connection with potential customers and partners and create a more consistent message about IHI.
